Payments may be made online within 24hrs after the auction has ended with Visa or Master Card.
Payments may also be made directly at Klondike within 24hrs with Visa / Master card / Interact or Cash.

Bidders that require shipping can inform Klondike On-Line Auctions (KOLA) when they receive their invoices, which are emailed after an auction has ended. Shipping requests may take 3-5 days to be processed.

Shipping quotes vary based on your location, weight of items and parcel size. We do not provide quotes before an auction has ended. Our team will email you the cost breakdown when you request shipping after the auction has closed.

Products that are shipped should not exceed the standard size of 18x18x18 inches, with a package weight of less than 60 pounds. If your package is oversized or very fragile we can review other options with you to come up with the best solution.

Our team will bulk pack, weigh and custom quote your parcel. There will be a nominal handling fee charged to cover materials and time of processing your custom quote and order.

We ship most items through Canada Post.

All bidders will have their credit cards charged for their initial invoice purchases. Shipping customers will be billed their original invoice and then separately billed for their shipping/handling fess once their parcel is prepared.
